Tonight I fixed some grilled shrimp stuffed with jalapeno and wrapped in bacon.

It was easy, peel & devein the shrimp leaving on the tails. Put some sliced jalapeno in the slot on the back where vein was removed and wrap with thin sliced bacon. Place on skewers and sprinkle with black pepper. Place on the grill until bacon looks done.

On the stove, was skillet squash and steamed fresh spinach.

Happy Grillin’.

What a great conference it was in Orlando, FL at the 62nd National Auctioneers Association Conference & Show. Many great seminars being given regarding the auction industry as well as meeting up with friends and fellow auctioneers. One of the interesting comments or greetings were, “Hey Facebook Friend”.

It was an honor to be asked to be a seminar presenter about Online Auctions at the 62nd National Auctioneers Association Conference & Show in Orlando, Fl. on Saturday morning, July 16, 2011.

My seminar was titled Online Auctions: Diversify! The content was about the changes occurring in the auction industry with regards to technology, the changing trends of the consumer and how it affects the auction industry as well has how to start using the online auction method as another tool in the auctioneers tool belt. The seminar was well attended from auctioneers who want to learn about Online Auctions and to improve their auction business in order to better serve their clients & customers better. The information was what we have used here at www.TexasBid.com and www.HyBidz.com recently.

There was a diverse group of professional auctioneers who came from around the world to take advantage of all of the seminars that were provided. It was a pleasure and very interesting to meet and talk auctions with our fellow auctioneers from other countries. Amazing that the auction process is similar around the world.

Thank you to my fellow professional auctioneers who attended my Saturday morning presentation. I had a great time! #csorlando #online #auction #texasbid #hybidz
